About the Role

Rubels & Angels is a premier dining destination known for serving the tastiest crispy chicken, crunchy fish fillets, wholesome soup bowls, and delightful surprise trays. We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Branch Manager to lead our restaurant branch in Nigeria. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our daily operations, ensuring that every customer enjoys a complete and memorable food experience while meeting our high standards for quality and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day front-of-house and back-of-house restaurant operations to ensure seamless workflow.
  • Manage, train, supervise, and mentor staff across all departments to foster a high-performance culture.
  • Monitor sales performance actively and implement strategic initiatives to drive revenue growth.
  • Control operational costs, manage budgets, and oversee precise inventory management.
  • Maintain uncompromising standards of food quality, guest service, and facility cleanliness.
  • Resolve customer complaints swiftly and professionally to ensure total guest satisfaction.
  • Ensure strict compliance with local health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • Prepare, analyze, and submit comprehensive operational and financial reports to management.
  • Coordinate fair staff scheduling, shift management, and duty rosters.
  • Implement company policies, promotional campaigns, and standard operating procedures.
  • Liaise effectively with the head office and support departments including HR, procurement, and marketing.

Qualifications
  • HND or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of proven experience in restaurant or hospitality management.
  • At least 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
  • Strong leadership, team building, and interpersonal management skills.
  • Demonstrated business and financial acumen, including budgeting and P&L management.
  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, weekends, and public holidays as demanded by the industry.
  • Unwavering integrity and accountability in handling branch finances and physical inventory.
