Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging and comprehensive Biology lessons aligned with the approved Nigerian and international secondary school curricula.
- Prepare students effectively for external examinations including WAEC, NECO, and IGCSE.
- Develop and implement innovative lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
- Conduct practical laboratory sessions to enhance students' empirical understanding of biological concepts.
- Assess, monitor, and record student progress, providing constructive feedback to students and parents.
- Maintain a positive, safe, and orderly classroom environment conducive to learning and moral development.
- Possession of a Bachelor's Degree in Education (B.Ed) in Biology, or a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Biology coupled with a Postgraduate Diploma in Education (PGDE).
- Proven teaching experience of at least 2 to 3 years in a recognized secondary school setting.
- Deep understanding of secondary school biology curricula and modern pedagogical techniques.
- Strong alignment with the Christian values and ethos of Word of Faith Group of Schools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
