Key Responsibilities- Deliver well-structured and engaging Basic Science lessons to junior secondary students in accordance with the Nigerian educational curriculum.
- Design, administer, and grade tests, quizzes, and assignments to evaluate student progress and comprehension.
- Create an interactive, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment that encourages curiosity and critical thinking.
- Monitor student development and provide individualized guidance and support to struggling learners.
- Participate in school extracurricular activities, staff meetings, and professional development workshops.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, academic performance, and behavioral progress.
- Minimum of a Bachelor Degree in Education (B.Ed), B.Sc, or a related field with a focus on science.
- Proven teaching experience as a Basic Science Teacher in a reputable secondary school.
