Khadasha Innovations Africa is looking for a dynamic and professional Barman to run our hotel bar with excellence. In this role, you will be the face of our hospitality service, crafting exceptional beverages, engaging warmly with guests, and ensuring a vibrant yet orderly atmosphere. We are seeking a fast-paced, friendly individual who combines outstanding mixology skills with unwavering integrity in cash handling and inventory management.
Key Responsibilities- Mix, pour, and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and guest preferences.
- Take drink orders efficiently from hotel guests and service staff with a welcoming and courteous demeanor.
- Maintain absolute cleanliness and hygiene across the bar counter, glassware, tools, and surrounding lounge areas.
- Monitor daily bar inventory levels and promptly report stock replenishment needs to management.
- Handle cash and digital payments accurately, operating the cash register with meticulous attention to detail.
- Verify customer identification to strictly comply with legal drinking age regulations.
- Proven experience working as a bartender, barman, or in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Comprehensive knowledge of standard drink recipes, classic cocktails, and modern beverage trends.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a naturally outgoing and friendly personality.
- Demonstrated honesty, reliability, and precision in managing money and stock inventory.
- Physical stamina required to stand for extended periods and adapt smoothly to evening and night shifts.
- Residency in or easy daily commute to the Abule Egba area in Lagos.
