Key Responsibilities- Manage and grow an existing portfolio of business and retail clients to drive profitability.
- Identify and onboard new business clients and revenue-generating opportunities.
- Provide exceptional customer service through deep understanding of client financial needs.
- Execute account opening, maintenance, and application verification processes seamlessly.
- Leverage comprehensive product knowledge to cross-sell commercial banking solutions.
- Minimum of a First Degree in any discipline from a recognized institution.
- 3 to 6 years of cognate experience in sales, relationship management, and portfolio handling.
- Demonstrated experience within the financial services industry, specifically managing small and medium-scale enterprises.
- Strong behavioural competencies including strategic thinking, data interpretation, and stakeholder persuasion.
