Ascentech Services Limited is seeking a skilled and experienced Automotive Technician - Electrical to join our dynamic team in Nigeria. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring optimal vehicle performance by diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing complex automotive electrical and electronic systems. Key Responsibilities- Diagnose and repair complex electrical and electronic faults in various vehicle models.
- Inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot vehicle wiring, batteries, alternators, starters, sensors, and lighting systems.
- Utilize advanced diagnostic scanners and specialized electrical testing equipment to accurately identify faults.
- Carry out comprehensive preventive maintenance and routine electrical repairs to prolong vehicle lifespan.
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed on vehicles.
- OND, HND, BSc Degree, or relevant technical qualification in Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 to 5 years of proven professional experience as an Automotive Electrical Technician.
- Strong working knowledge of modern automotive electrical and electronic systems.
- Proficiency in using vehicle diagnostic tools and modern testing equipment.
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and effectively as part of a technical team.
- Prior experience in the automobile, engineering, energy, or oil and gas sectors will be an added advantage.
