About the Role
Lonadek is a leading technical consultancy firm dedicated to driving local content development, human capital capacity building, and engineering excellence across the Gulf of Guinea and beyond. We are currently seeking a skilled and certified AutoCAD and Bentley Licensed Facilitator to join our team on a training-focused engagement. In this role, you will play a vital part in transferring critical technical knowledge to professionals and engineering talents, empowering them to deliver quality services in the oil and gas and engineering sectors.
Key Responsibilities- Facilitate comprehensive training sessions on AutoCAD and Bentley software applications for participants.
- Deliver advanced-level Auto PIPE training in accordance with industry best practices and curriculum standards.
- Assess participant progress, provide constructive feedback, and ensure comprehensive understanding of engineering design systems.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, software updates, and engineering standards to enrich the learning experience.
- Collaborate with the training coordination team to evaluate program effectiveness and recommend continuous improvements.
- Must be an AutoCAD and Bentley Licensed professional with verifiable credentials.
- Possession of Advanced-level Auto PIPE training certification and practical application experience.
- Proven background in technical training, instruction, or capacity development within the engineering or oil and gas sector.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse adult learners.
