Key Responsibilities- Participate in the planning and execution of comprehensive external audit engagements for diverse clients.
- Perform meticulous audit fieldwork, including rigorous testing of financial transactions and internal controls.
- Prepare accurate audit working papers and robust supporting documentation in line with regulatory standards.
- Assist senior team members in the preparation of financial statements and detailed audit reports.
- Identify potential audit issues, risks, and discrepancies, communicating findings effectively to the audit team.
- Ensure strict compliance with applicable local and international accounting, auditing, and regulatory standards.
- Liaise professionally and build strong working relationships with clients during on-site and remote audit assignments.
- Support additional assurance, tax, and advisory engagements as assigned by management.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business discipline.
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant professional experience in external audit, ideally gained within a reputable audit or professional services firm.
- Good working knowledge of modern accounting principles, financial reporting frameworks, and auditing standards.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other essential Microsoft Office productivity applications.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of integrity, meticulous attention to detail, and a commitment to professional excellence.
