Key Responsibilities

As an Audit Associate II, you will play a crucial role in delivering top-tier financial services to our diverse clientele. Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting comprehensive statutory and internal audits for corporate clients across various industries.
  • Executing financial investigations, due diligence exercises, and revenue assurance tasks.
  • Reviewing bookkeeping records, financial statements, and inventory management systems for accuracy and compliance.
  • Assisting with corporate tax advisory services and ensuring timely regulatory filings.
  • Preparing detailed audit reports, working papers, and recommendations for management.
  • Collaborating with team members to deliver high-quality financial advisory and consulting services.

Qualifications

To be considered for the Audit Associate II position, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Accounting from a reputable full-time university with a minimum of a Second Class Upper Division.
  • Must be an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ACA) or currently at the Professional Examination Stage.
  • Minimum of 3 years of post-NYSC corporate experience in a similar audit or accounting role.
  • Strong background knowledge in bookkeeping, accounting, audit and assurance, taxation, and corporate finance.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be currently resident in Lagos, Nigeria, with the ability to resume immediately.
