Key Responsibilities- Provide academic leadership in the Faculty of Nursing Science by teaching undergraduate and postgraduate students.
- Supervise postgraduate research candidates, including Master's and Ph.D. students.
- Conduct cutting-edge research and publish scholarly articles in reputable national and international journals.
- Participate in curriculum development, departmental administration, and university committee assignments.
- Mentor junior academic staff and contribute to community engagement and healthcare advancement initiatives.
- Must currently hold the rank of Associate Professor or equivalent in a recognized university.
- Possess a Ph.D. in Nursing Science or a closely related relevant field from a recognized institution.
- Demonstrate a strong record of continuous academic teaching experience at the university level.
- Must have a minimum of fifteen (15) publications in reputable peer-reviewed national and international journals.
- Proven track record of successful supervision of postgraduate (Master's and Ph.D.) students.
