About the Role
Mewar International University (MIU) Nigeria, the first Indian university established in Africa, is seeking a dedicated and accomplished Associate Professor of Anatomy to join our expanding academic community in Masaka, Nasarawa State. Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging, high-quality lectures, practical sessions, and seminars in Human Anatomy to undergraduate and postgraduate students.
- Supervise student research projects, theses, and dissertations at various academic levels.
- Conduct cutting-edge research in anatomical sciences and publish findings in reputable peer-reviewed scholarly journals.
- Contribute actively to curriculum development, departmental administration, and academic quality assurance.
- Mentor junior academic staff and participate in faculty meetings, academic committees, and university events.
- Must possess a Ph.D. in Anatomy or a closely relevant discipline from a recognized and accredited university.
- Must have a minimum of 8 years of dedicated teaching, research, and professional experience within a tertiary university setting.
- Must have a strong publication record with at least 10 scholarly articles in recognized peer-reviewed journals.
- Demonstrated ability to attract research grants and collaborate on multidisciplinary academic initiatives.
