About the Role

Tetra Maritime is a leading Nigerian ship owner and operator, providing comprehensive and tailor-made solutions across the oil and gas supply chain, including upstream, midstream, and downstream. We are currently seeking a dynamic and analytical Associate, Global Admin to ensure seamless office operations and strict adherence to global standards. In this role, you will be a key driver of operational excellence, taking full ownership of administrative initiatives and office-related projects to support our expanding business footprint in Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and deliver office-related projects end-to-end, including facility upgrades, office moves, and system implementations, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
  • Define project scopes, timelines, budgets, and dependencies while actively managing risks and providing concise, fact-based progress updates.
  • Execute procurement strictly in line with company standard operating procedures, manage vendor onboarding, and ensure timely invoice processing.
  • Coordinate end-to-end travel logistics for staff and visitors, including visas, accommodation, and local transport, while maintaining the company vehicle fleet.
  • Ensure full adherence to local regulatory requirements and global compliance standards by liaising with statutory bodies such as the Police and Fire Services.
Qualifications

    University Degree in a relevant field; additional professional certifications in Project Management or Office Administration are an advantage.

  • Demonstrated capability to identify process gaps, reduce operational waste, and improve overall efficiency with a results-first mindset.
  • Highly articulate with professional English communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously in fast-paced, international, and standards-driven environments.
  • High level of organization, resilience under pressure, and comfort operating within audit-heavy, approval-driven corporate structures.
