As an Assistant Mobility Administrator, you will play a vital operational role in supporting commuter modernization, driving regional economic growth, and delivering exceptional service standards in Adamawa State.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Mobility Administrator in managing rider and customer onboarding processes efficiently.
- Maintain accurate operational records, documentation, and routine reporting.
- Coordinate field activities, follow-up engagements, and community outreach programs.
- Facilitate seamless service coordination between customers, riders, and internal teams.
- Resolve operational bottlenecks independently while demonstrating high levels of integrity and professionalism.
- Bachelor's Degree (Second Class Upper Division) in Business Administration, Management, Transport/Logistics, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in administration, operations, logistics, or field coordination.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, record-keeping, and problem-solving skills.
- Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in Nigeria.
- Readiness and availability to work full-time on-site in Adamawa State.
- Possession of verifiable academic, professional, and employment credentials.
