Mapemond Business Academy is seeking a results-driven Assistant Manager to join our growing team in Nigeria. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our business objectives, managing daily operations, and ensuring our clients receive exceptional value and service. You will work closely with leadership to monitor performance, mentor sales associates, and contribute to building profitable, sustainable, and reputable business brands through our practical educational offerings.
Key Responsibilities- Track the progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual business objectives.
- Monitor and maintain store inventory levels to meet operational demands.
- Evaluate employee performance and identify recruitment and training needs.
- Supervise, coach, and motivate staff to achieve their highest potential.
- Monitor retail operating costs, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Analyze consumer behavior and adjust product positioning accordingly.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
- Create comprehensive reports and analyze retail data including revenues and expenses.
- Possess a Bachelor Degree, HND, or OND in a relevant discipline.
- 1 to 5 years of proven experience in retail management, operations, or a similar role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and supervise teams.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in analyzing retail data and creating accurate business reports.
