About the Role
Bingham University, Karu, established by the Evangelical Church Winning All (ECWA), invites applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position of Assistant Lecturer in the Department of Pharmaceutics and Pharmaceutical Technology, Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences. Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging lectures, tutorials, and practical laboratory sessions in Pharmaceutics and Pharmaceutical Technology.
- Assist senior academic staff in curriculum development and the assessment of undergraduate student performance.
- Conduct impactful research and publish scholarly articles in peer-reviewed national and international journals.
- Supervise undergraduate student projects and academic counseling activities.
- Participate in departmental, faculty, and university committee meetings as assigned.
- Uphold the Christian ethos, moral standards, and core values of Bingham University.
- Possess a relevant Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from a recognized institution.
- Hold a current registration and valid practicing license with the Pharmacy Council of Nigeria (PCN).
- Possession of a postgraduate degree (M.Sc. or Ph.D. in view/completed) in Pharmaceutics and Pharmaceutical Technology will be a strong added advantage.
