We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Assistant Lecturer in Laboratory Technology to join our esteemed academic faculty.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging lectures and practical laboratory sessions for students in the Laboratory Technology program.
- Assist senior academic staff in developing curriculum materials, lesson plans, and instructional resources.
- Supervise student laboratory experiments, ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
- Participate in grading assessments, evaluating student performance, and providing constructive academic feedback.
- Contribute to departmental research initiatives, administrative duties, and institutional events as assigned by management.
- Possession of a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree or equivalent in Laboratory Technology or a closely related scientific discipline.
- Demonstrated passion for teaching and mentoring undergraduate students in a health science environment.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team.
- Prior teaching or laboratory experience within a tertiary educational institution will be an added advantage.
