About the Role
Mewar International University (MIU) Nigeria is a landmark institution in West Africa located strategically along the Federal Capital Territory-Abuja corridor in Masaka, Nasarawa State. We are currently seeking a passionate and qualified Assistant Lecturer in Anatomy to join our esteemed faculty and contribute to our academic excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging lectures, tutorials, and practical laboratory sessions in Anatomy to undergraduate students.
- Develop and update course materials, syllabi, and curriculum content in line with NUC guidelines.
- Assess and evaluate student coursework, assignments, examinations, and provide constructive feedback.
- Conduct high-level academic research and publish findings in reputable peer-reviewed scholarly journals.
- Participate in departmental meetings, academic committees, and university community service activities.
- Provide academic advising, mentorship, and career guidance to students.
- Must possess a Master’s degree in Anatomy or a closely related relevant discipline from an accredited institution.
- Must hold a Bachelor's degree with a minimum of Second Class Upper Division in a relevant discipline.
- Must have a minimum of 2 scholarly journal publications in recognized academic outlets.
