Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging lectures and tutorials in undergraduate Accounting courses using technology-driven learning approaches.
- Assist in the development and updating of curriculum materials to align with current industry standards and global best practices.
- Participate actively in departmental research activities, academic projects, and scholarly publications.
- Mentor students, provide academic advising, and support their overall intellectual and professional growth.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues and university leadership to achieve institutional academic goals.
- Contribute to departmental administrative duties, student assessments, and quality assurance processes.
- A good Master's degree in Accounting or a directly relevant field from a recognized university, with a higher degree (Ph.D.) being a distinct advantage.
- Demonstrated knowledge and application of technology-driven learning approaches and digital educational tools.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, paired with excellent interpersonal abilities.
- Eagerness to participate in ongoing research activities, secure grants, and contribute to academic publications.
- Commitment to continuous professional development, lifelong learning, and academic excellence.
- Must have successfully completed the mandatory National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program in Nigeria.
