We are currently seeking a creative, fashion-forward, and commercially minded Assistant Creative / Sketching Director to join our dynamic team based in Lekki, Lagos. This role is ideal for a talented professional who can translate visionary concepts into market-ready apparel.
Key Responsibilities- Develop fresh, trend-focused fashion concepts and detailed technical sketches that align with brand identity.
- Collaborate closely with production and sourcing teams to ensure designs are commercially viable and cost-effective.
- Conduct thorough market and customer research to anticipate emerging fashion trends in the Nigerian and global markets.
- Oversee the styling direction for lookbooks, marketing campaigns, and seasonal collections.
- Provide creative leadership and mentorship to junior design and illustration staff.
- Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven professional experience in fashion illustration, design, and styling.
- Exceptional hand-sketching and digital illustration proficiencies.
- Strong understanding of garment construction, textiles, and the local production landscape.
- Commercial acumen with the ability to balance creativity with business profitability.
