About the Role
Mandilas Group Limited, a multi-sector organization renowned for providing first-class products and services across Nigeria, is looking for a dynamic and experienced Assistant Corporate Affairs Manager. In this role, you will support the development and implementation of corporate affairs, public relations, and communication initiatives that enhance our corporate reputation, strengthen stakeholder relationships, and reinforce our position as a trusted provider of innovative lifestyle solutions across our Mobility, Automotive, and HVAC-R business operations.
Key Responsibilities- Support the development and execution of corporate communications plans aligned with the Group’s business strategy and core values.
- Prepare press releases, management speeches, corporate profiles, newsletters, and other communication materials.
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with media organizations, journalists, and industry publications.
- Coordinate media engagements, press briefings, product launches, exhibitions, and corporate publicity activities.
- Support the identification, mapping, and engagement of key stakeholders including government institutions and industry associations.
- Plan and implement approved corporate social responsibility, sustainability, and community development initiatives.
- Coordinate corporate events, stakeholder meetings, and official visits ensuring alignment with brand standards.
- Monitor media coverage, identify potential reputational risks, and support issues management in collaboration with relevant departments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, Corporate Communications, English, or Journalism.
- Minimum of 4 to 6 years of relevant professional experience in corporate affairs, PR, media relations, or marketing communications.
- Relevant professional certification or membership in a recognized communications body is an added advantage.
- Demonstrated experience in corporate event coordination, stakeholder engagement, and reputation management.
- Prior experience within a diversified business group, automotive, manufacturing, or distribution environment is preferred.
