About the Role

Dragnet Solutions is looking for a dedicated and experienced Assistant Chief Nursing Officer to join our dynamic healthcare team in Nigeria. In this vital senior role, you will provide exceptional nursing supervision across both Out-Patient and In-Patient units, ensuring the highest standards of patient care, safety, and clinical excellence are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide senior nursing leadership and supervision within Out-Patient and In-Patient care streams.
  • Supervise, mentor, and appraise nursing staff to support continuous professional development.
  • Maintain accurate, complete, and timely nursing records in compliance with organizational policies.
  • Apply rigorous infection-prevention and clinical-governance standards across all units.
  • Act as a senior resource for clinical escalation and complex decision-making.
  • Coordinate specialized clinics including injections, dressings, and minor procedures.
  • Oversee shift handover quality, admission processes, and discharge planning.
Qualifications
  • Registered Nurse (RN) qualification or a Bachelor of Nursing Science (BNSc/BSc Nursing) from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum of 8 years of post-registration nursing experience, with prior experience at the Principal Nursing Officer grade or equivalent.
  • Valid Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN) registration and MCPDP compliance.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and crisis management skills.
