Key Responsibilities- Supervise daily assembly plant operations, workflow, and production schedules to meet organizational targets.
- Oversee workshop operations, ensuring optimal performance of heavy construction equipment and vehicle assembly processes.
- Enforce strict quality control standards and safety protocols across the production floor.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate plant staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work culture.
- Identify operational bottlenecks, troubleshoot technical challenges, and implement effective problem-solving strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, equipment maintenance, and production output.
- Relevant educational qualifications and professional experience in mechanical engineering, operations management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in vehicle assembly, heavy construction equipment, workshop operations, or automotive industries.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving abilities.
