Key Responsibilities- Design and deliver engaging, age-appropriate arts and crafts lessons aligned with the school curriculum.
- Encourage students' creative expression through painting, drawing, sculpting, and various crafting techniques.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and well-organized art studio or classroom environment for all learners.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support individual artistic growth.
- Prepare students and artwork for school exhibitions, cultural events, and community showcases.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to integrate art projects with other subjects for a holistic learning experience.
- Possess a minimum of a relevant degree in Fine Arts, Education, or a related field.
- Mandatory possession of Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN) certification.
- Possession of higher professional certificates or additional teaching qualifications is a strong added advantage.
- Proven experience teaching arts and crafts within a structured school environment.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
