This role is tailored for an architectural professional who transcends technical drawings, bringing exceptional creativity, a sharp design eye, and the ability to transform spaces into compelling, buildable masterpieces.
Key Responsibilities- Develop innovative and visually striking architectural concepts for residential and commercial developments.
- Translate client briefs, project requirements, and site conditions into functional, beautiful designs.
- Produce comprehensive architectural drawings, floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed construction documentation.
- Create high-quality 3D models, renders, and visual presentations using industry-standard software.
- Collaborate closely with construction teams, engineers, and contractors to ensure designs are practical, buildable, and cost-efficient.
- Ensure all architectural plans comply with relevant Nigerian building regulations and planning standards.
- Degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
- Proven professional experience working on residential, commercial, or mixed-use building projects.
- Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, ArchiCAD, 3ds Max, Lumion, or V-Ray.
- Strong understanding of Nigerian building practices, construction processes, and detailing.
- Exceptional portfolio showcasing distinctive architectural design style and luxury projects.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and remote time-management skills.
