In this role, you will transform ordinary spaces into extraordinary environments for top-tier corporate events, conferences, galas, product launches, and exhibitions. We are looking for a visionary professional who can blend aesthetic brilliance with structural functionality to deliver unforgettable brand experiences for our esteemed clients.
Key Responsibilities- Develop creative design concepts, floor plans, stage layouts, seating arrangements, and bespoke exhibition stands.
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, technical plans, 2D layouts, and stunning 3D visualisations using industry-standard design software.
- Conduct thorough venue inspections and precise measurements to determine spatial requirements and structural feasibility.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, technical crews, branding teams, and external vendors to ensure flawless production alignment.
- Supervise on-site design implementation and installation to guarantee strict adherence to approved blueprints and quality standards.
- Design layouts that prioritize guest flow, accessibility, aesthetics, and rigorous safety compliance.
- Generate material schedules, bills of quantities, and comprehensive design specifications.
- Incorporate client feedback efficiently and troubleshoot installation challenges with practical, innovative solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Proven professional experience in architectural design, event staging, or spatial planning.
- Proficiency in relevant design and visualization software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or 3ds Max.
- Strong understanding of event production requirements, materials, and on-site construction techniques.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
