About the Role
ADKAN Services Nigeria Limited is a wholly indigenous construction company committed to delivering exceptional building projects across Nigeria. We are seeking a creative and technically skilled Architect to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for translating project requirements into functional, aesthetically pleasing, and practical architectural solutions for both residential and commercial developments.
Key Responsibilities- Develop architectural concepts, layouts, designs, and detailed working drawings for residential and commercial projects.
- Prepare comprehensive architectural plans, elevations, sections, and construction details.
- Produce high-quality 3D models, renderings, and visual presentations to communicate design ideas effectively.
- Coordinate architectural designs seamlessly with structural, mechanical, electrical, and other engineering disciplines.
- Assist with planning submissions, building approval documentation, and ensure strict regulatory compliance.
- Ensure all architectural designs comply with applicable Nigerian building regulations, standards, and project specifications.
- Work collaboratively with senior architects, engineers, and project managers to meet tight project deadlines.
- Keep up to date with current architectural trends, sustainable design practices, and innovative construction technologies.
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or an equivalent recognized professional qualification.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience in architectural design and construction documentation.
- Proven proficiency in industry-standard architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD, SketchUp, and Lumion.
- Strong expertise in 3D modeling, rendering, and advanced architectural visualization.
- Thorough understanding of building materials, construction methods, and complex architectural detailing.
- Familiarity with Nigerian building regulations and local planning approval procedures is a distinct advantage.
