About the Role

We are currently looking for a skilled Application Support Analyst to join our dynamic team, where you will play a critical role in maintaining the high availability, performance, and reliability of our digital banking core and integration layers.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure zero-downtime operations by leading rapid incident response, performing deep-dive root cause analysis (RCA), and collaborating with the Finacle Core team.
- Serve as the primary technical point of escalation for integration issues involving Finacle, troubleshooting data discrepancies and API failures.
- Maintain 99.99% uptime for critical integration gateways and achieve an average Mean Time To Resolution (MTTR) of under 45 minutes for critical incidents.
- Monitor the stability of OpenShift and other servers, driving advanced alerting and logging strategies using tools like Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, or Dynatrace.
- Oversee safe deployments of hotfixes and platform updates, ensuring automated rollbacks are in place for failed changes.
- Drive problem management processes to reduce repeat incidents and ensure 100% of production microservices feature automated health checks.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3 to 4 years of deep operational understanding of Finacle Core Banking, including troubleshooting integrators and batch job failures.
- Expert-level ability to read and debug Java code, alongside strong experience supporting containerized workloads in OpenShift.
- Familiarity with Terraform, Ansible, Kafka, RabbitMQ, and medium proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL.
- Relevant professional certifications such as ITIL Foundation, Oracle Certified Associate, or Java Developer credentials are an added advantage.
