Key Responsibilities- Design, build, and maintain advanced, high-performance Android applications using Kotlin and Java.
- Implement intuitive user interfaces adhering strictly to modern Android design guidelines and principles.
- Integrate seamless RESTful APIs and robust backend services to ensure data reliability.
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code while participating in rigorous code reviews.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance to enhance user experience.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and engineers in an agile environment.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging mobile development trends, tools, and industry best practices.
- Proven professional experience in mobile application development with a strong focus on the Android ecosystem.
- Proficiency in Kotlin, Java, Android SDK, Android Studio, and modern UI components.
- Solid understanding of software development principles, object-oriented programming, and version control systems.
- Demonstrated experience integrating RESTful APIs and third-party libraries.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and collaborative team practices.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering user-centered solutions.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for an on-site collaborative workspace in Ikeja.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
