We are currently seeking ambitious and driven law graduates for our Trainee Associate recruitment program. Key Responsibilities- Assist senior associates and partners in conducting legal research and drafting advisory opinions.
- Review, draft, and analyze corporate and commercial agreements, contracts, and legal documentation.
- Support various practice groups, including banking and finance, dispute resolution, intellectual property, and energy.
- Participate in client meetings, transaction closings, and courtroom proceedings as assigned.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant Nigerian legislation, regulatory frameworks, and industry trends.
- Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree with a minimum of Second Class Honours, Upper Division (2:1).
- BL qualification or admission to the Nigerian Bar is preferred.
- Must be eligible to participate in the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme from January 2027.
