Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging, curriculum-compliant lessons in Agricultural Science to secondary school students.
- Prepare students thoroughly for internal and external examinations such as SSCE and UTME without recourse to malpractices.
- Develop and implement practical agricultural projects and demonstrations to enhance student understanding.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and targeted academic support.
- Maintain a positive, disciplined, and interactive classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Participate in school co-curricular activities, staff meetings, and professional development programs.
- Possession of a relevant degree in Agricultural Science, Education, or a related field (NCE, B.Sc. Ed, B.Agric, or equivalent).
- Proven teaching experience in secondary education with a strong track record of excellent student results.
- Deep understanding of the Nigerian secondary school curriculum for Agricultural Science.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
