About the Role
Iconic Open University, a fully licensed private open and distance learning institution by the National Universities Commission (NUC), is seeking a detail-oriented and trustworthy Ad-Hoc Examination Proctor / Supervisor to join our team in Osogbo. In this vital temporary role, you will uphold the credibility of our academic evaluations by maintaining strict examination standards, assisting students, and ensuring a secure, orderly Computer-Based Testing (CBT) environment. We are looking for an astute professional who combines unwavering integrity with strong technical proficiency to support our commitment to accessible, high-quality higher education in Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor Computer-Based Testing (CBT) examinations meticulously to maintain a secure testing environment.
- Ensure strict adherence to all institutional examination rules, regulations, and guidelines by candidates.
- Supervise the entire examination process to actively prevent, detect, and report any form of examination malpractice.
- Assist in the efficient distribution, management, and collection of examination materials and digital resources.
- Compile and submit comprehensive incident and conduct reports to the university administration after each examination session.
- Must possess a minimum of a Master’s Degree from a recognized and accredited tertiary institution.
- Demonstrated prior experience in examination supervision, proctoring, or invigilation within a recognized tertiary institution.
- Must be currently resident in Osogbo to ensure prompt and reliable physical attendance.
- Strong computer literacy, digital literacy, and web-operating skills for managing CBT platforms.
- Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills under pressure.
- Demonstrate a high level of personal integrity, vigilance, and strict attention to duty.
