About the Role
Iconic Open University, a fully licensed private open and distance learning institution by the National Universities Commission (NUC), is currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Ad-Hoc Examination Proctor / Supervisor for our Kaduna location. In this vital role, you will uphold the credibility of our academic assessments by maintaining strict adherence to university guidelines during examinations.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor Computer-Based Tests (CBT) and other examinations seamlessly
- Ensure strict adherence to university examination rules and guidelines
- Supervise candidates actively to prevent any form of examination malpractice
- Assist in the efficient distribution and collection of examination materials
- Submit comprehensive reports on examination conduct to the appropriate authorities
- Minimum of a Master’s Degree from a recognized institution with relevant technical experience
- Prior experience in examination supervision or proctoring within a tertiary institution
- Must be currently resident in Kaduna
- Strong computer and web operating skills for managing CBT platforms
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- High level of personal integrity, professionalism, and attention to duty
