About the Role
Iconic Open University, a fully licensed private open and distance learning institution by the National Universities Commission (NUC), is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Ad-Hoc Examination Proctor and Supervisor to join our team in Imo State. In this vital temporary role, you will uphold the credibility of our academic assessments by maintaining strict adherence to university examination policies and providing a secure testing environment for our distance learning students.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor Computer-Based Testing (CBT) examinations to ensure seamless technical and logistical execution.
- Enforce strict compliance with all university examination rules, guidelines, and anti-malpractice protocols.
- Supervise the overall conduct of students during assessments to prevent any form of examination malpractice.
- Assist in the efficient distribution, management, and collection of examination materials.
- Compile and submit comprehensive incident and conduct reports to the university administration after each session.
- Must hold a minimum of a Master's Degree from a recognized institution with relevant technical experience.
- Demonstrated prior experience in examination supervision or proctoring within a tertiary institution.
- Must be currently resident in Imo State.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency in navigating web-based platforms and CBT software.
- Exceptional organizational, observational, and time-management skills.
