About the Role
Iconic Open University, a fully licensed private open and distance learning institution by the National Universities Commission (NUC), is looking for a dedicated and vigilant Ad-Hoc Examination Proctor and Supervisor to join our team in Gombe. Key Responsibilities- Monitor Computer-Based Testing (CBT) examinations to ensure a smooth and orderly process.
- Enforce strict adherence to all university examination rules, regulations, and guidelines.
- Actively supervise the conduct of examinations to prevent any form of malpractice or academic dishonesty.
- Assist in the efficient distribution, management, and collection of examination materials.
- Prepare and submit comprehensive reports regarding the conduct and outcome of each examination session.
- Must hold a minimum of a Master’s Degree from a recognized and accredited tertiary institution.
- Demonstrated prior experience in examination supervision, proctoring, or invigilation within a higher education setting.
- Must be currently resident in Gombe.
- Proficient computer literacy with strong web operating skills to manage digital testing platforms.
- Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Demonstrates a high level of personal integrity, professionalism, and strict attention to duty.
