About the Role
Iconic Open University, a fully licensed private open and distance learning institution by the National Universities Commission (NUC) Abuja, is seeking meticulous and trustworthy professionals to join our ad-hoc invigilation team. We are currently recruiting Ad-Hoc Examination Proctors and Supervisors for our upcoming assessment exercises in Makurdi, Benue State. In this vital role, you will uphold academic standards, ensure a seamless examination process, and enforce institutional policies during assessments.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor Computer-Based Testing (CBT) examinations to ensure smooth technical execution and seamless student experience.
- Enforce strict adherence to university examination rules, guidelines, and anti-malpractice policies.
- Supervise the conduct of candidates throughout the assessment period to maintain a secure and quiet testing environment.
- Assist in the systematic distribution, management, and collection of examination materials and digital resources.
- Compile and submit comprehensive incident and conduct reports to the university examination committee after each session.
- Must possess a minimum of a Master’s Degree from a recognized and accredited tertiary institution.
- Demonstrated prior experience in examination supervision, proctoring, or invigilation within a recognized tertiary institution.
- Must be currently resident in Makurdi, Benue State.
- Strong computer literacy, technical troubleshooting, and web operating skills for digital assessment platforms.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
