About the Role
Iconic Open University, a fully licensed private open and distance learning institution by the National Universities Commission (NUC) Abuja-Nigeria, is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Ad-Hoc Examination Proctor and Supervisor in Anambra. In this temporary role, you will play a critical part in upholding academic standards by overseeing computer-based testing (CBT) and maintaining a secure testing environment for our students. We are looking for dedicated professionals who possess a strong sense of integrity, excellent organizational abilities, and the technical competence required to manage modern examination processes efficiently within a tertiary education setting.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor Computer-Based Testing (CBT) examinations seamlessly to ensure a smooth testing experience for all candidates.
- Enforce strict adherence to institutional examination rules, regulations, and guidelines throughout the testing period.
- Supervise the general conduct of examinations actively to prevent any form of malpractice or academic dishonesty.
- Assist in the efficient distribution, management, and collection of all necessary examination materials.
- Prepare and submit comprehensive reports on the conduct and outcome of examinations to the university administration.
- Minimum of a Master’s Degree from a recognized and accredited institution with relevant technical experience.
- Prior verifiable experience in examination supervision, proctoring, or invigilation within a tertiary institution.
- Must be currently resident in Anambra State to facilitate prompt and reliable attendance.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency in navigating web-based platforms and digital testing software.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle high-pressure environments.
- Demonstrated high level of personal integrity, accountability, and strict attention to duty.
