About the Role
Iconic Open University, a fully licensed private open and distance learning institution by the National Universities Commission (NUC), is currently seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Ad-Hoc Examination Proctor and Supervisor for our Kubwa, Abuja location. In this vital temporary role, you will play a key part in maintaining the academic standards and integrity of our tertiary-level examinations by ensuring a secure, orderly, and transparent testing environment for all students.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor Computer-Based Testing (CBT) examinations to ensure seamless technical and operational delivery.
- Enforce strict adherence to university examination rules, guidelines, and protocols.
- Actively supervise and monitor the conduct of candidates to proactively prevent any form of examination malpractice.
- Assist efficiently in the secure distribution, management, and collection of examination materials.
- Compile and submit comprehensive incident and conduct reports to the university administration after each examination session.
- A minimum of a Master’s Degree from a recognized and accredited institution with relevant technical experience.
- Demonstrated prior experience in examination supervision or proctoring within a tertiary institution.
- Must be a current resident of Kubwa or the immediate environs in Abuja.
- Strong computer literacy, digital proficiency, and web operating skills.
- Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
- High level of personal integrity, professionalism, and unwavering attention to duty.
- Competitive daily or hourly stipend commensurate with academic ad-hoc standards in Nigeria.
- Valuable professional experience with an NUC-licensed open and distance learning university.
