About the Role
Iconic Open University, a fully licensed private open and distance learning institution by the National Universities Commission (NUC), is currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Ad-Hoc Examination Proctor / Supervisor to join our team in Abeokuta. In this vital temporary role, you will uphold academic standards, ensure a seamless examination process, and provide a secure environment for our students during assessment periods.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor Computer-Based Testing (CBT) examinations to ensure smooth technical execution and fairness.
- Enforce strict adherence to institutional examination rules, regulations, and guidelines.
- Actively supervise the conduct of examinations to prevent and deter any form of malpractice.
- Assist in the efficient distribution, management, and collection of examination materials.
- Compile and submit comprehensive reports on the conduct and outcome of each examination session.
- A minimum of a Master’s Degree from a recognized institution coupled with relevant academic or administrative experience.
- Prior demonstrable experience in examination supervision or proctoring within a tertiary institution.
- Must be currently resident in Abeokuta.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency in navigating web-based applications and CBT software.
- Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Demonstrated high level of personal integrity, reliability, and strong attention to duty.
- Competitive daily or session-based stipend commensurate with experience.
- Valuable professional experience with an NUC-licensed tertiary institution in Nigeria.
