We are currently looking for a proactive and detail-riented Accountant Intern currently participating in the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) to support our finance department. Key Responsibilities- Assist the finance team in daily accounting operations and general ledger maintenance.
- Help in preparing, recording, and reconciling financial transactions, invoices, and receipts.
- Support month-end and year-end closing procedures and financial reporting tasks.
- Maintain organized digital and physical financial records in compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams on budgeting, auditing, and financial analysis projects.
- Must be a current NYSC corp member currently serving in Lagos.
- Must reside in or around the Lekki axis for easy commuting.
- Possess a Bachelor's degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- No prior professional experience is required, though a strong academic foundation is essential.
- Demonstrated passion and willingness to build a long-term career in accounting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
