Key Responsibilities- Evaluate loan applications meticulously and assess the financial situations of prospective applicants.
- Determine loan eligibility and recommend appropriate loan products tailored to client needs.
- Manage end-to-end loan disbursement, collections, and repayment schedules efficiently.
- Provide expert financial advice and support to clients to foster long-term relationships.
- Maintain accurate financial records, documentation, and audit trails.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve ambitious loan portfolio targets and business goals.
- Proven professional experience working within the Nigerian microfinance sector or financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of loan origination, credit assessment, and management processes.
