Key Responsibilities- Manage daily financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Assist in budget preparation, financial forecasting, variance analysis, and cost control initiatives to optimize profitability.
- Coordinate internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation, schedules, and financial reports.
- Maintain robust financial controls and ensure strict adherence to company policies, tax laws, and financial regulations.
- Collaborate with management to formulate strategic financial decisions and improve operational efficiency using modern accounting software.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Professional accounting certification (such as ACA, ACCA, or equivalent) is strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 2 to 4 years of proven accounting or financial management experience, preferably within the hospitality or service sector.
- Proficiency in modern accounting software, ERP systems, and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail and high levels of integrity.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills to work effectively within a team.
