About the Role
Nirvana Synergy is seeking a dedicated and analytical Accountant to join our dynamic team in Lagos, Nigeria. In this role, you will be instrumental in maintaining financial integrity, managing inventory accounts, and supporting our continuous growth through accurate reporting and strategic financial insights.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and track all company account transactions accurately.
- Audit financial transactions and documents to ensure compliance.
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivables in a timely manner.
- Handle statutory filings including tax, VAT, PAYEE, and Pension.
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings.
- Prepare and analyze balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and financial reports.
- Track and manage comprehensive inventory accounts.
- Provide trustworthy financial information and advise management on the company's financial health.
- Ensure full compliance with Nigerian financial policies and regulatory standards.
- Relevant degree or qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of professional experience as an Accountant.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and modern accounting software.
- Comprehensive knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent analytical skills, and high integrity.
- Must reside in Okota, Ago, Isolo, or surrounding areas in Lagos.
