Key Responsibilities- Maintain accurate financial records and comprehensive documentation for all business transactions.
- Record daily sales, operational expenses, and other financial movements promptly.
- Prepare regular financial reports and perform routine account reconciliations.
- Monitor and manage accounts payable and receivable efficiently.
- Track ongoing expenses and provide vital support for company budgeting activities.
- Ensure strict adherence to relevant accounting procedures, local financial regulations, and compliance standards.
- Minimum of an HND or BSc in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field.
- 1 to 3 years of professional accounting experience in a structured environment.
- Solid understanding of fundamental accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with working knowledge of modern accounting software being a distinct advantage.
- Strong numerical, analytical, and organizational skills with a high level of integrity.
- Must reside within or around Lugbe, Abuja, and be able to commute reliably to the office daily.
