Key Responsibilities- Maintain accurate, up-to-date financial records and oversee daily accounting transactions.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, process invoices, and maintain precise payment records.
- Perform regular reconciliations of bank statements and internal company accounts.
- Assist the finance team with annual budgeting, forecasting, audits, and strategic financial planning.
- Identify, investigate, and promptly resolve any accounting discrepancies.
- Ensure proper documentation and secure filing of all financial transactions.
- Perform additional accounting and administrative duties as assigned by upper management.
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related discipline.
- 1 to 2 years of relevant professional accounting experience in a structured organization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and standard enterprise accounting software.
- Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
