We are currently seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Accountant to join our high-performing finance team. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining financial integrity, supporting strategic business decisions, and ensuring rigorous compliance with financial regulations. Key Responsibilities- Prepare and analyze accurate financial reports, statements, and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Support the seamless execution of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.
- Ensure strict compliance with U.S. GAAP, SEC regulations, and internal SOX controls.
- Assist with financial consolidations, variance analysis, and management reporting.
- Evaluate financial results and monitor foreign currency exposure to mitigate risks.
- Contribute to external reporting activities and support SEC filings.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, financial automation, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate effectively with Accounting, FP&A, Tax, Treasury, and cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 9 months to 5 years of progressive accounting and financial reporting experience.
- CPA certification or active progression toward obtaining the CPA credential.
- Demonstrated expertise in month-end close procedures, reconciliations, and internal controls.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with enterprise systems such as SAP/S4, Hyperion, or Workiva is a distinct advantage.
- Exceptional analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Prior external or internal audit experience will be considered a strong plus.
