About the Role
Accuinfra Technology Ltd is a leading IT Infrastructure Development company with over a decade of industry expertise, specializing in security systems, fiber solutions, radio networks, and data center establishments. We are currently looking for a diligent and experienced Account Officer to join our dynamic finance team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the financial health of our organization, ensuring precision in our daily accounts, and supporting our mission to deliver cost-effective and high-availability technology solutions to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Create and process invoices promptly while sending bills to clients.
- Cross-check invoices with payments and expenses to guarantee absolute accuracy.
- Manage comprehensive company accounts payable and receivable.
- Track organization expenses and process customer refunds efficiently.
- Collaborate with collection agencies regarding overdue payments and communicate professionally with clients on billing matters.
- Conduct daily monitoring of stock movement and product inventory.
- Ensure full compliance with tax matters and liaise effectively with relevant tax authorities.
- Prepare and update monthly payroll using advanced spreadsheets.
- Handle the preparation and remittance of monthly PAYE and VAT to appropriate government bodies.
- Oversee day-to-day operations including daily account reconciliation, cash and treasury management, and internal or external financial reporting.
- Minimum of a Bachelor degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven professional experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or financial management.
- Mandatory working knowledge and proficiency in Tally ERP software.
- Strong understanding of Nigerian tax laws, PAYE, VAT, and regulatory compliance.
- Exceptional analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel skills for payroll management.
