We are currently looking for a motivated and target-driven Account and Deposit Mobilization Officer to join our vibrant team in Nigeria. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving business growth, expanding our customer base, and fostering strong, lasting relationships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Drive aggressive deposit mobilization strategies to meet and exceed company savings targets.
- Spearhead account opening drives and onboard new individual and corporate clients.
- Conduct daily field visits for efficient daily cash collection from clients and group contributors.
- Manage and grow group contribution drives to foster community-based financial participation.
- Promote micro-lending products, assess basic credit viability, and drive micro-lending initiatives.
- Act as the primary Client Relationship Manager, addressing inquiries and ensuring high client retention.
- Possession of a Bachelor's Degree, HND, NCE, or OND in a relevant discipline.
- 1 to 3 years of proven work experience in deposit mobilization, marketing, or customer service within the financial sector.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
