Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Graduate Consultant, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional client solutions across various industries.
- Conduct comprehensive research and data analysis to support strategic consulting engagements.
- Assist in the preparation of high-quality reports, presentations, and deliverables for clients.
- Collaborate with senior team members to identify client business challenges and develop innovative solutions.
- Participate in client meetings, workshops, and stakeholder engagement sessions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging business practices.
To be considered for the 2026 Graduate Recruitment Refresh, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Be willing to live our purpose of making an impact that matters.
- Have graduated from a recognized University or Polytechnic with a minimum of a Second Class Upper degree (Upper Credit) or its equivalent in any discipline.
- Have a minimum of a credit in five (5) O-Level subjects, including Mathematics and English, obtained in one sitting only.
- Be a maximum of 26 years old as of the date of application.
- Have successfully completed the mandatory National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) scheme.
- Not have written the Deloitte aptitude test previously.
