As a participant in our Graduate Recruitment & Development Program, you will immerse yourself in rigorous commercial legal practice. Your day-to-day engagement will include:

• Participating in structured cross-departmental rotations across the firm's core practice areas.
• Conducting comprehensive legal research, case analysis, and drafting legal opinions.
• Assisting in the preparation of corporate documents, contracts, and transactional briefs.
• Attending client meetings, court sessions, and regulatory hearings alongside experienced partners and associates.
• Collaborating with team members on complex multi-jurisdictional legal matters.
• Engaging actively in continuous classroom training, workshops, and skills development sessions.

To be eligible for the 2026 Graduate Recruitment & Development Program, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• A Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree from a recognized institution with a strong academic record.
• BL qualification from the Nigerian Law School.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated passion for commercial law and a keen interest in the firm's sector focus areas.
• High emotional intelligence, adaptability, and a strong drive for excellence.
