About the Role
Total Data Limited is seeking a competent and hands-on Operations Supervisor to oversee both warehouse and production activities within our plant. In this role, you will coordinate daily operations, drive efficiency, and ensure smooth collaboration across production, warehouse, and logistics functions in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise daily production and warehouse operations to ensure schedules and targets are consistently met.
- Coordinate activities across production, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure efficient material flow.
- Monitor production processes and machinery to minimize downtime and improve overall efficiency.
- Supervise operational staff, assign tasks, manage shifts, and monitor team performance and discipline.
- Provide guidance, on-the-job training, and support on operational procedures and safety standards.
- Ensure full compliance with company policies, standard operating procedures, and workplace regulations.
- Enforce safety practices, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Maintain accurate records of production output, inventory movements, attendance, and incidents.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports to management.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance productivity, and reduce operational inefficiencies.
- Minimum of a First Degree or equivalent qualification is required.
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in operations, production, plant supervision, or a similar industrial environment.
- Strong understanding of production and plant operations with solid workforce supervision capabilities.
- Excellent time management, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Competitive gross remuneration ranging from 100,000 to 150,000 Naira based on experience.
